Treasurer

Bernadine Bertrand is the Treasurer of Friends of the Buea School for the Deaf, Inc. She brings extensive experience from Gallaudet University, where she has worked for many years in various roles—including Administrative Assistant in the Department of Social Work managing U.S. Department of Education grants, and positions within the Office of Student Finances. Currently, Bernadine serves as Director of Operations for Gallaudet Technology Services.

Alongside her professional dedication, Bernadine is a committed mother of two young boys and brings the same conscientious spirit to her work with FoBSD.
